Review Time
I didn't get off to the best of starts with my Road Angel as the first operator on the 16th February could not get my device to sync at all. After 9 days I got home early enough to catch the technical office with an hour to spare before they closed, eventually after waiting in the queue I got through to Gopal Kendapadi who helped me reinstall and reset everything, even to the degree his shift finished at 5.00pm he stayed on a further 30 minutes till 5.30pm to make sure everything was working correctly eventually going home later than usual.
I’d just bought a RoadAngel PureOne device, but was having some difficulty with the setup. When I called the helpline, my call was taken by Donna.She guided me through the remaining steps, and was extremely helpful in outlining subscription options, and steered me towards some accessories that allowed me to share the PureOne, and my Halo dashcam between both of my cars which made the purchases more cost effective.
Absolute horrendous experience with one of your products would never recommend to anyone nor would I ever purchase again. After waiting four days for your stereo to arrive it comes without any wiring the aerial point or the DAB radio antenna. For me to go out and purchase this would be 35 40 quid plus . Yet after four emails I've received nothing back from them in the end sent it back for refund . Don't waste your time horrible customer service and all I wanted to do was support a local company . My honest opinion they should close

I placed an order with Rouge Angel and experienced an issue that required assistance. I contacted customer service four times and was repeatedly told the problem would be resolved, but nothing was done. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
In my experience, this has been a waste of money. Due to the lack of proper customer support, I will likely be looking for another company to purchase from in the future.
