Stasher is my go-to app when I’m on the go and traveling! I’ve used it in both Mexico and New York and have had wonderful experiences every time. It’s reliable, super easy to use, and such a game changer for storing luggage safely while exploring. Highly recommend!
First time using this type of service but definitely won’t be the last. Had to check out from our AirBNb at 11am and our flight wasn’t until 10pm. Picked a hotel nearby using Stasher and literally dropped the bags and was given tickets to match those put round our suitcases. Had the whole day free to wander around and picked the suitcases up nearer to our flight time. Absolutely hassle free. I think the cost was around £15 which was well worth it, in my opinion.
I mean I am sure if there are no issues then it’s fine. However my suitcase was stolen from a location in London. The location didn’t do anything to help, contacted Stasher and was simply directed to a form to make a claim, ended up contacting the police. After completing the form to make a claim, they are now ignoring my emails for an update. Highly recommend not using.
