Review Time
Shipping was a bit longer than expected. Bought a size medium; I'm 5'4, 140 lbs. I vary between a medium and a small. Medium was tight in the hip. Quality is great, but sizing runs small.in my opinion. I don't typically have a sizing issue with a medium on any platform.
The item I ordered was NOT the item I received. Trying contacting customer service. The response I got was we will look into it, even though I provided photos of the item and the packaging. I will never purchase from this company again.
I was a little cautious at first, but having received my order recently I am ever so happy. I often struggle with finding shorts and they have absolutely delivered! Super comfortable and the sizing is accurate too. I was worried that the fabric would feel plasticy and scratchy, but it's nice and soft.
Unfortunately I have to return some products, as they don't fit, I'm hopeful the return will go smoothly, but if not I shall update my rating on here.
I ordered the wide leg jeans that were part of a promotion for $10. They don't fit, even though I used your size guide, they are way too big. Not just a loose fit. I would like to exchange them. So cute and buttery soft. But the rep I talked to said I would have to return and reorder. But if I do that, then I lose the discount and pay $50. I love them and really would like to exchange for the correct size
I absolutely love the jumpsuit ! Its so much nicer than I
expected ! However, it did take over 2 weeks to receive and it was difficult to track the package. I didn't receive clear updates, couldn't tell when I would get it. But I would buy again bc the product is so nice
I would give 0 stars but I can’t. Ordered two pairs of leggings in my size and there is no way on gods earth I can get them on. They look like they would fit my 13 year old granddaughter. Sizing is shocking!
I feel the same as all the other reviews im reading all over tik tok even the site , the straight leg trousers are just too wide please sort this halara you could have an amazing item if you just made them narrower , disappointed!
Easy to order. Trousers come in various lengths. At 5'8, the tall fit perfectly. I now have 5 Pais of these trousers, black, navy, pale pink, grey and mink. A good weight fabric that hangs nicely but still flows. I think there will be a wardrobe staple/go-to throughout the year. Smart or casual. Arrived well packed and and good condition. Arrived on time. Recommended
These are the most amazing yoga pants I’ve purchased by far. And they did advertise the booty lifting type, which of course I had to get for my 57 year old booty. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint!! These pants are buttery smooth, and my husband compliments my body all day long. I currently own six pair and will be buying more! ♥️
