I successfully stayed at Rixos Premium…

I successfully stayed at Rixos Premium Tekirova Hotel in Kemer Antalya via stayforless booking. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking in their system. I called the customer service of stayforless and stayed on the line for 3 hours. Lots of emails back end forth. In the end they managed to book another room at the hotel without charging us additionally. My recommendation to anyone who is planning to use stayforless to call the hotel ~48 hours in advance to verify the reservation beforehand. Then you would have enough time to resolve issues. They provide lower rates and their system is mostly using other brokers and suppliers. I am sure most of the system is depending on manual email and phone calls. Hence there are issues. In the end you get what you pay for.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam, I reserved a hotel room but when I got to the hotel, the hotel told me no room free so they cancelled the reservation but this horrible website not refund me and not respond to my emails for the customer service and the phone number not work at all

Recommend Avoiding Stay for Less and Hotelogical

Joining many others here to try and get the word out. Recommend avoiding Stay for Less and Hotelogical - really poor notification and tracking of activity once you book. You're on your own and if there are issues, you're probably out of luck.

Sold a room that doesn't exist

Site sold and pictured a double room with 2 seperate sleeping areas. They booked a single room. The local hotel also said no such double room exists. Stayforless refused to refund me for misrepresented room. Now in dispute with bank.

If I could give 0 stars I would . I booked thru stayforless.com , went to the hotel where check in is 3 pm. Got there at 6pm and the room was not ready. They said would be 10 - 15 minutes , it was over 2 hours later at 8:15pm they let me check in. I found a manager at the hotel and asked for a discount and they said it has to go thru stayforless. I called them that night and it said we are finding a representative. Waited on hold 15 minutes and it said no reps available and put me to voicemail. I've called every day and emailed every day since 2/18 and today is 3/6 . I got a rep only 1x , she opened a case and that's all that's been done . They don't answer emails or calls . Stay away . I had a small problem thru Priceline one time and they answered immediately and took care of it right there . Run away from stay for less .

Terrible customer service these people…

Terrible customer service these people constantly hang up on you they still have been yet to return my money that was already returned through the Red roof inn I've already contacted and via email and over the phone multiple times I would never use these people due to the fact that they seem to not care at all and come up with numerous excuses after why it's taking so long to refund my money this experience was terrible and affected my personal life a lot due to the I booked the wrong room and these people want to keep coming up with excuses of why they won't return my money used booking.com hotels.com stay away from stayforless.com

I wish I could leave a negative stars…

I wish I could leave a negative stars because I would… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! I booked a room for the weekend at embassy suites in Cary NC, I received a confirmation email with detailed information regarding our stay. I called the hotel on our way to see if we could check in earlier….. No reservation in my name… they asked for my reservation number… Nothing found. I call this crappy company and they assured me it would be fixed in an hour… fast forward 4 hours later after being in the lobby talking to the staff who was kinda treating me like they thought I was trying to scam them for a room, which was a horrible and frustrating experience. I get a email saying it was a computer glitch on their end sorry you will get a refund….. ARE YOU SERIOUS. I wasted hours to just be told sorry I’ll give you your money back, but still leaves us nowhere to stay is just unacceptable. I hope and pray I get my money back…. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM STAYFORLESS.COM OR ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Razvan is the guy who lied to me all day. I had a horrible experience with Stay…

I had a horrible experience with Stay for Less and would give zero stars if I could. I had booked our hotel reservation months in advance, as we needed to stay at that specific hotel for a family member's wedding. However, when we arrived late at night, the hotel had no record of our reservation from Stay for Less. We tried calling Stay for Less, but they only operate during business hours (9-5). Since the hotel was almost fully booked, we had to book a room on the spot at triple the original price. Stay for Less admitted that they never called in the reservation!! Even after that it took them over 3 weeks to finally issue a refund! Lesson learned.
