My experience with the service has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The app functions poorly, with notifications often delayed for hours, and when I do receive a notification, it’s extremely difficult to locate the message once I open the app. At times, it doesn’t appear at all. They promised call screening but have failed to deliver on that front. The AI bot is more of a hindrance than a help, providing incorrect answers, confusing clients, and ultimately increasing my workload instead of reducing it. Referring to it as a free add-on doesn’t mitigate the fact that it worsens the service. Additionally, I’ve dealt with seven different customer success managers, which means that no one is familiar with my account, my business, or the ongoing issues. Each complaint begins anew, leading to a complete lack of continuity and accountability. The pricing is exorbitant given how unreliable and cumbersome the platform is. For the amount they charge, I expected a smooth and reliable business communication tool, not one that disrupts daily operations. I cannot recommend this service to any business that depends on timely notifications, precise client communication, or genuine customer support.
