storage space at the Rochester, New York King Street

I rented a storage space at the King Street location in Rochester, NewYork, from October 29 to early December.We removed our items due to unscrupulous business practicesand at-risk management at the facility.1. It is in deplorable conditions; it is filthy.The elevator is dirty; the walls and floors are in the same condition.2. The place is not as advertised online.We waited over two hours to retrieve a dolly to move our things.3. On the first day of moving two storage units down,There was a guy in the storage unit asleep (snoring).At this point, we began to record such conditions,as individuals (drug addicts) were hanging out within the facility.4. No professionalism of the staff.Lisa is cantankerous, uncouth, and very poor representative of Store Space. We call this discrimination per se,When you service a particular area and have the profound audacity to believe thatall have the same mentality.Instead of speaking to one with respect and dignity.Andrea was arguing with a customer on the phone,He was upset about the duplicity as well.I removed my items to a different storage companyin addition to the above we noticed a foul odor and a marijuana smellthe sofa chairs were absorbing.Also, when calling the Sales district to inquire about a rental unitpricing, it was different from what Andrea charged my credit card,it was more like price gouging.Professionalism and transparency needs to be exemplified at all times in business, as it is a presentation of all Store Space.I did not receive the services in which I paid for.FYIThe contact us at the 833-786-7366 is a general response, there is no one in-place at that number to respond to your concerns.

Roaches Roaches!!!

When I began the process of renting my unit over the phone with (Coach Bud), I was told my unit would be on the first floor. However, The office person , William said the unit is in the basement!!! Attitude: like it or leave it!!!I never wanted a basement unit and would never agree to this but I needed the storage that day!Yesterday, while moving in we saw 3 roaches!!Just FYI for anyone renting in Northside facility Cincinnati Ohio.Also, William in the office, only nodded yes or no when I asked questions but was VERY FRIENDLY with the female on the elevator!!!!!Go figure!I’ll be calling the office tomorrow about the roach situation and the basement unit!After reading these reviews, good luck to me!!!

First off the price is too much for the littlest storage units and then have a nerve to raise the price calling it "adjustment". That's just wrong there's nothing or no upgrades for anything so there's no need to raise our rent I haven't even had mine a whole month yet and you're raising rent. Help me Protest !

CUSTOMER SERVICE DETERATED !! STORE SPACE LOCATION DIRTY FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME !! EMPLOYEES OF LOCATION TURNED OUT TO BE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !! ITS PRETTY SAID WHEN FIRST GOT ONE UNIT , NEXT DAY GOT ANOTHER " AL ON SITE MANAGER VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT PROPERTY IN TIP TOP SHAPE 24 /7 WAS THAT WAY FOR 4 OR 5 MONTHS !! I ALWAYS PAID CASH !! I UTILIZED 6AM > 10 PM USAGE OF FACILITY !! ( THIS WAS A TRANSITION TIME FOR ME AND I ENDED UP GETTING HURT OFF SITE ( PROFOKED BLOOD CLOT ) I CONTINUED TO GO THRU MY STORAGE ITIEMS AS BEST I COULD !! PLEASE NOTE AFTER 5 MONTHS OR SO " AL ON SITE MANAGER BECAME SICK AND OR OFF SITE !! I KEPT " BATHROOMS ( BOTH ) TITY ( CHANGING OUT TOLET PAPER AS NEEDED AT MY EXPENSE !! ALSO I ADDRESSED LATE NIGHT LEAKING CEILING NEAR MY UNITS !! GOING OFF SITE TO GET : EMPTY 5 GALLON BUCKETS AND SAFETY CONES TO MARK AREA !! ABOUT DECEMBER 12 2023 AND OR THERE AFTER I NOTICE A FEMALE EMPLOYEE THAT HAVEN'T SEEN MUCH OF ( AND THERE WAS A GENTLEMAN WITH HER TO ) I WAS IN MY TRUCK GETTING READY TO GET MEDICALL CARE !! WHEN I NOTICED THE FEMALE EMPLOYEE WITH MY CHRISTMAS 🎄 TREE IN HER ARMS ( ARTIFICAL WITH BUILT IN LIGHT DISPLAY ) TAKE IT OUT OF THE FACILITY AND DOWN THE WALK WAY AROUND 15 OR SO AND THROW IT TO THE GROUND !! I WAS PRETTY MUCH IN SHOCK OF HER " UNEXCEPTABLE !! ,UNCARING !! AND OR UN CHRISTMAS 🎄 TIME BEHAVIOR !! ( PLEASE NOTE ALOT OF PEOPLE USING YOUR FACILITY AND OR OTHERS LIKE YOUR ARE GOING THRU A TRANSITION OF SOME SORT !! ) I HAD THE " BEAUTIFUL CHRISTMAS 🎄 TREE OUT OF THE WAY TO BRING CHEER TO ALL !! I DID CALL 📞 YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AFTER I GOT BACK FROM MY " IMPORTANT DOCTOR ADDPOINTMENT !! ( PROFOKED BLOOD CLOT FOLLOW UP !!) YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL 📞 CENTER WERE VERY FRENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL!! AND LISTENED TO MY CONCERN AND OR COMPLIANTS !! ( I WAS SO CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR " EMPLOYEE'S UNEXCEPTABLE !! UNETHICAL !! UNCARING CONDUCT !! I WAITED TO AFTER 6PM AND THEY WERE OFF SITE TO GO INTO MY : RENTAL 2 UNITS AND PROCEED WITH ORGANIZING MY UNITS THE BEST I COULD DO TO MY HEALTH RESTRICTIONS !! I DID GET A CALL 📞 A DAY LATTER FROM YOUR DISTRICT MANAGER AS HE STATED !! ( FROM A BLOCKED NUMBER) HE ONLY HAD A SHORT TIME TO DISCUSS MY CONCERNS AND NEEDS OVER THIS CITUATION !! HE INFORMED ME HE HAD A MEETING AND CUT THE CONVERSATION SHORT !! ( PLEASE NOTE I GREW UP ABOUT A HALF MILE FROM YOUR FACILITY !! AND LIVED THERE MY WHOLE LIFE TILL A SHORT TIME AFTER MY : LATE MOTHERS 👩 PASSING !! AND SINCE THAT INCIDENT !! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DETERATED , FACILITY DIRTY , BATHROOMS VERY SOILED !! AREAS AROUND BATHROOMS VERY SOILED !!: POWER WAS LOST FOR A FEW DAYS !! ONLY A FEW CUSTOMERS WERE ALLOWED IN !! ( NOT ME !!) THEN ABOUT DECEMBER 23 2023 ON OR ABOUT I WAS LOOKED OUT OF THE FACILITY !! PLEASE NOTEV MY RENT WAS PAID !! AND I HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED ACCESS SENCE !! WHEN I WENT into Your FACILITY OFFICE AREA : I NOTICED THE SAME WOMEN INVOLVED IN MY CHRISTMAS 🎄 TREE DAMAGE AND THE GENTLEMAN WITH HER NEXT TO HER AND THERE WAS ANOTHER FEMALE EMPLOYEE NEXT TO THEM !!" I FIRST ASKED FOR THE WOMEN EMPLOYEE WHO DAMAGED MY CHRISTMAS 🎄 TREE NAME !! SHE EVENTIONALY PROVIDED IT TO ME " ROBIN ( FIRST NAME ONLY ) THEN SHE INFORMED THE OTHER 2 EMPLOYEES ( WHO HAVE ACCESS TO ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOUR BUSINESSES STORAGE SPACE ) THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO PROVIDE ME WITH THERE NAMES IF THEY CHOSE TO !! BOTH DECLINED AND I WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR BUSINESSES PRACTICES AND PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT TO CUSTOMERS AND THE PUBLIC !! I FELT DISCRIMINATED AGAINST !! AND I WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT " STORE SPACE UNEXCEPTABLE, UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES IN THE GREAT STATE OF CONNECTICUT !! I WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT STORE SPACE BUSINESS PRACTICES IN THIS STATE OF CONNECTICUT FOR WHICH IT APPEARS THEY JUST STARTED DOING BUSINESS IN !! THAT THE FOLLOWING DAY OR THERE AFTER I SHARED MY CONCERNS WITH A GENTLEMAN THAT WAS WORKING THE FRONT DESK AREA !! AND YOUR FEMALE EMPLOYEE ( THAT HAS ACCESS TO ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT I PROVIED TO YOUR COMPANY AT TIME I RENTED 2 - SEPARATE UNITS DAYS APART !! ) AS I WAS TALKING TO THE NICE GENTLEMAN AT THE FIRST DESK I DECIDED TO TAKEV THERE PICTURES ( IN A PUBLIC PLACE FOR WHICH I AM LEGALLY ALLOWED BY LAW !! FOR IN WHICH I COULD ADDRESS MY SAFTEY CONCERNS !! PROPERTY DAMAGE !! AND OR MY RENTAL USE !!" BUT NOT LIMITED TO !!! Price increase more than some people…

Price increase more than some people change underwear. I have been a tenant 18 months and have had 3 increases, now a fourth has been announced. These people that run this business are crooks in my opinion and I'm not going to rent from these shmucks no longer.

Store Space - Brookhaven PA

I rented a unit at new Brookhaven, PA location. The manager was very nice and helpful. I had the unit a little over a month when Items were taken from the locked unit. I called customer service and was told someone from management would call - No call. I submitted a claim through tenant protection - never heard anything. 12/8/23 - I provided written notice to store employee that I am terminating as of end of December. Their customer service/management is horrible.

I rented a indoor unit for 6 months…

I rented a indoor unit for 6 months while i was in between apartments i barely went to check on the unit thinking my stuff would ultimately be safe but 6months later i find out the there was a leak somewhere in the ceiling damaging 60 percent of my belongings clothes my kids pictures etc etc but most importantly my king size mattress was soaked in water smh thinking I’m insured so this should be a easy fix a month later i have yet to resolve the issue not only did they not take accountability but above all else no one even reached out to apologize this company sucks keep your money
