Ok long journey but poor driving

Our driver got us to Edinburgh with short notice (easyJet cancellations ) but the journey was poor for 3 reasons: least of all was the constant pulsing of the accelerator to maintain a constant speed which wasn’t particularly relaxing. But the driver was messaging on his phone in his lap several times, and at points was clearly nodding off though we did say we were happy to stop.
