You need to change the email you send with the booking reference. It instructs to go to T1 so I walked from T3, passed the office because I’m unfamiliar with Streetcars, only to find I was in the wrong place. Long story short and with the help of a friend I was eventually picked up at the office in T3 an hour after landing! Please change the email instructions and make it clear where the office is. Apart from that I’d use you again if I have occasion to do so.
We were passed on to this company due to being on a delayed flight with Tui. Tui sent us to Streetcars desk in Manchester Airport, easy to find & well sign posted. The guy on desk was very clear what would happen, to wait & a driver would come to us. The driver arrived within minutes, very nice driver, comfortable, clean car and got us home safely & efficiently. Excellent service Thankyou.
