The representative provided exceptional service! I asked for an invoice from 2021 on a Sunday, and by Monday morning, my request was promptly fulfilled with the invoice attached. From a customer's viewpoint, it doesn't get better than that. Thank you!
My Big Dog controller has burned down and I'm still waiting for a reply from customer service support. I've tried to call them inumerous times, but no answer whatsoever. I hope they're not stringing me along so my 2-year warranty expires and they charge me for a new controller.
Sent a ticket into support as I received a bike from Himiway. There was a little damage to the box, upon opening and assembly, I found the front disc for brake to be bent. Support reviewed the ticket and promptly ordered a replacement part for me.
I had some complaints about the customer service at first. They were patient and understanding the whole time. In the end, I got more than I expected. Freya did a great job with communication, thank you. Now I can say that Himiway has a great product and the after purchase support is five star to be sure.
This review is about communication only.After an initial email from Himiway confirming a color choice and mentioning they would arrange a C5 shipment from their German warehouse, I sent 3 polite follow-up emails to clarify whether anything would actually proceed and what the next steps were. I received no response.Delays or changes can happen, but basic communication matters. Stating a bike would be “on its way soon” and then going silent feels unprofessional and doesn’t inspire confidence.
I have two Himiway e-bikes; a D3 Cruiser, and a D5 Zebra. Love the bikes! Freya has been excellent in her communications and assistance in regard to both ebikes on two separate occasions: lost keys on one, and brake handle bell on the other. I sincerely appreciate the regular updates on the status of my orders for both bikes. I highly recommend Himiway E bikes to anyone that asks me that my experiences with the brand. I have given those people a high recommendation. Kudos also go out to trust pilot for how they have given me the information I need to know the status of my orders..
Himiway have always been excellent with their customer support. Any issues I have had, they have resolved very quickly and professionally.I've had a couple of occurrences where I needed support and have spoken to Jeana. Jeana has always been helpful and resolved any issues.I have the Himiway Zebra (D5) and highly recommend Himiway and this model in particular.
