What a lovely journey, I was kept upto date with the expected arrival of my taxi. The driver called me to tell me he was arriving, and turned up exactly on time.The driver was lovely, so polite and engaging, we had a very interesting conversation lasting most of the journey which made the time go very quickly.A great pleasure to use this taxi company. It is just a shame this firm is based a long way from me, otherwise it would be my goto taxi company when needing a taxi.If you are in the Manchester area, these are the guys to use.
No happy at all!!!taxi nearly 30 mins late!! We only live 20 mins away from the airport!! Texts to say taxi had set off etc but never arrived. 2 phone calls later it did eventually.. now missing out on the lounge access that cos £100!!!
