I would like to provide feedback about a very bad experience I have had with your taxi service, which has happened twice.My taxis are booked by the hospital according to my dialysis schedule, so timing is extremely important. On both occasions, I waited over one hour, but the taxi did not arrive on time. I did receive a booking confirmation SMS, which is why I contacted your office to ask about the delay.When I called, I was told that the driver had called my number and that I did not answer. This was also the same explanation given during my previous experience. However, this is not correct — I never received any calls or text messages from the driver. I was waiting and checking my phone continuously.Because of this delay, I was late for my dialysis appointment, which caused me significant stress, especially as I was already unwell.Additionally, when I finally got into the taxi, the vehicle was very dirty and had a strong bad smell, which made the journey extremely uncomfortable.I am very disappointed with this repeated poor service, particularly considering my medical condition and the fact that these journeys are arranged by the hospital. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service.Thank you for your attention.
