Extremely disappointed

I received my shirt and I am extremely disappointed. I expected 'minor' differences as mentioned on the website however the photo online is of a dark blue faded t-shirt, and I received a dark navy, non-faded T-shirt, and the screen printing colours are completely off. The photo online is a complete misrepresentation of what was soldto me. If I had paid $15 it would have been fine, however I paid $70!

Ordered a shirt contacted customer service because I haven’t received any information, crickets. I’ve asked for at least a tracking number or anything. I’ve even asked for a refund. Still nothing. I think this company is a scam. I don’t know if anybody’s got their shirts, but I don’t think I’m going to get mine or a refund. Don’t buy from here. They suck plain and simple. But they do take care of their US customers I see by the reviews hmmmmmm. STILL SUCKS GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Shirt is exactly as advertised

Shirt is exactly as advertised. Not only that it’s 100% cotton feels great. These dudes are legit! Not only that but they emailed me right after delivery to leave a review. This tells me they believe in their product. Not sure why they have such bad reviews on here but my experience has gone above my expectations!

Has my exchange, won't resend. AWFUL communication and customer service.

This seems to be the only way to get these guys to respond. I have been trying to exchange two shirts to a larger size for like two months. It took writing a bad review for them to respond to me in the first place. What will it take for you guys to respond? I get a bit response to reply with my tracking number and I did. Twice. I got the same bot response both times. My package arrived on the 18th and I was told a 3-5 business day turn around. I still can't get a response. PLEASE let me know if you guys plan to ever exchange these or if I'm just out 120 bucks. Thanks.
