After reading some reviews post-order, I was concerned that the three shirts I ordered would fall short. I emailed for assistance, and the representative was very helpful and courteous. The shirts arrived today (about a week after ordering), and the quality is impressive. The prints on all three match the advertisement, including the distressed look. I would recommend this service for vintage shirt needs!
I reached out via social media since I hadn't received shipping confirmation yet, and they replied in just five minutes, assuring me they would prioritize my order to ship it out as soon as possible. Great effort, I appreciate the service and look forward to receiving it!
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered on November 21st and paid for express shipping. It is now the 30th, and I have yet to receive my order or any updates. I've emailed multiple times for updates and a refund for the express shipping fee, but my requests have been ignored. Terrible service—I'd recommend shopping at vintage stores instead.
Their customer service was outstanding. I placed two orders on the same day and requested to combine them for shipping reimbursement, which they didn't have to do. They were super friendly and responsive via chat, and I had my combined order shipped the very next day.
I had seen the reviews before purchasing and was a bit hesitant, but I took the plunge and do not regret it. The shirt is well-designed, has a vintage/washed look, and is comfortable. I don't usually leave reviews, but if it helps anyone, there are positive aspects to this site that others may not highlight. My only issue was that the $10 sign-up bonus was not $10, but the quality of the product more than made up for it.
This company is a complete scam!!! I ordered a product from Instagram and I received completely different material. I was shocked by the product because of the shitty quality. When I spoke to the representative, they mentioned that the quality can vary due to being out of stock. If your product is out of stock why then push the product online!!!! The customer service is always disappointing, late reply, and doesn’t take any responsibility!! Be aware of this brand. It’s a time and money-wasting page!!
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Strike Vintage (or as I now call them, “Sht Vintage”*).First, nothing they sell is actually vintage. None of the T-shirts have a vintage wash or authentic feel—they’re just basic blanks with printed designs. The branding is completely misleading.Second, the sizing practices feel like a scam. They claim to offer multiple sizes, but everything appears to be a Small. You think you’re ordering an XL (as I did), but they’ll send you a Small anyway. It seems like they’re hoping customers won’t bother returning the item once they see what arrived.Overall, extremely disappointing quality and shady business practices. I won’t be ordering from them again.And a piece of dogs poo could do a better job than there customer service representative Emma.
