Review Time
I bought three shirts and the image on every one was off-center. While some were better than others, it was clear no one took the time to properly center them. I'm okay with them being reprints, but I wish they had taken more pride in their work. After I contacted customer service, they ghosted me. Based on other reviews, they are clearly repeat offenders.Additionally, I was charged foreign transaction fees, which is not mentioned anywhere on their website. I discovered the company is based in Australia. When I contacted Kim from customer service about this, she assured me it couldn't be true because their warehouse is in the U.S. After I showed them my transaction, they just brushed it off. I'll be reporting them to the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
The sizing is wildly inconsistent. Bought a medium and it’s easily a small or extra small. Reached out asking for an exchange for a large and was told to use the ‘return portal’ that didn’t work, replied to the email explaining this and was ignored. I then messaged them on instagram for someone to quickly reply asking for photos, which immediately sent and have since been ghosted. Oh, and any return you have to pay for return shipping and then shipping on the replacement.. so easily another 20 dollars. I’m guessing I’m just out of luck on getting a replacement, this was the 5th shirt I’ve bought from them and it looks like it’ll be the last.
Excellent customer service, I made a mistake on my order and ordered a shirt in the wrong size, I contacted the customer service team on Instagram and the issue was fixed within 10 minutes, before my order was shipped out.My 3 T-shirts arrived within 2 days and they are all great quality.I will be shopping here again!

Wow this is such a scam! I ordered 3 tees and they don’t look like the image reference they post for the tee. I went to their instagram to see if anyone experienced this as well and one person did, so I replied to his comment saying I feel the same way. In less than 48 hours they deleted the comment! No wonder they have been getting away with this for so long. It’s a shame
AVOID AVOID AVOID. They advertise heavyweight shirts with fade but they’re printed on cheap paper thin shirts. Absolutely bait and switch, when I asked for return it was completely ignored and I had to contact my credit card company. The owner will get his day soon. Scam bags.
I messed up my shipping address and they corrected it promptly, responding to my email. The t-shirt had a small discoloration in one spot, they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Can't say enough good things about them! Love the shirt that you can't find anywhere else as well!!
