Absolutely the worst service. Where to start. Ordered and paid for a t-shirt in a size i thought they had available as the size selection has all sizes selectable only to be informed they didn't have my size, no problem I thought, i will just try and get a refund, spoke with some village idiot at strike vintage who said they would escalate this to the refund team, a few days go by and nothing, but then I get an email saying the t shirt has been shipped in a size small. Tried to speak to said village idiot again at strike vintage to be told it was too late to change the order and just refuse delivery so it get returned to them, such a bizarre and hassle of a transaction. Anyway t shirt arrives in a size that is not fit for purpose. So now i have the hassle of trying to return it. PLEASE AVOID THIS AWFUL SITE.
The products here isn’t what they present on there Instagram photos. On their Instagram photos the shirts look vintage but it isn’t what you actually get. They use very cheap gildan style material shirts and throw a logo on it and call it vintage, the shirts don’t look or feel vintage. None of their “washed” shirts are actually washed. All of their sizing are not standard sizing, their mediums fit like smalls and their large fit like mediums. Also, I tried to return this cheap product and they don’t even honor returns. Instead they gift you a gift card because they don’t reimburse you your own money back. I even made a return of $196 and got a gift card back of only $123. These people are scammers too as I’ve witnessed. This brand is flat out garbage. I hope more people see this and don’t ever buy there stuff.
Incredible quality ! Had a problem with my 7th purchase and I live in Europe so it’s very messy with tarrifs and heavy shipping costs etc. the customer service WAS SECOND TO NONE, phenomenal staff really doing their best to resolve all problems.I WILL BE A CLIENT FOR LIFE !!!!!!
