The support team is not reinstating my account after I reported fraud to my bank. I spoke with my bank, and they confirmed that some transactions were refunded. I managed to resolve this issue once before, but now I'm struggling with the company.

Confusing Message About Sent Messages

I received a message indicating that I had sent 4 messages to someone, but that wasn't the case as they were sent to me. I archived them, and there was even a picture included that wasn't mine. At 82 years old, I find this quite perplexing, and I’m unsure why it happened, especially since Google was involved in archiving the messages.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service

If I could rate zero stars, I would. I ordered fire alarms with a supposed 10-year lifespan, but they arrived with only 2 years left. After returning them, I'm still waiting for my refund over three weeks later. I've been transferred multiple times without resolution, and they refuse to process my refund despite confirming receipt of the items. This experience has been appalling, and I'm now forced to involve my credit card company.
