The service continues to deliver faulty plugins/themes and fails to provide meaningful support. Each update leads to critical errors and worse performance than before. Their representatives are disrespectful and offer 'solutions' that disrupt other features. When seeking further help, they either deny the issue or provide a makeshift solution that inevitably breaks everything on the next update. I strongly advise looking elsewhere, even if this provider appears to have a solution - IT WILL FAIL. Frequent support contact will leave you dealing with their rude team, even for minor issues.

If I could, I would give zero stars. The customer support used to be helpful and informative. However, my recent experience has completely changed that. After using the service for 8 months, I discovered from their manuals that there is another version available, as the current templates have limited editing functions. I simply wanted to know if the paid version could add a sidebar to the shop page. Instead of a direct answer, the support staff sent me a link to the manual without addressing my question. They seemed eager to close the ticket quickly without any patience. They even suggested I open a new ticket for further questions. Seriously? One question per ticket, even if related? No wonder replies take over 2 days. Good product, but the customer support is lacking. Initially, I considered purchasing the new version if the current one didn't work. Now, I'm hesitant.
