I am so glad I haven't risked paying for this bug 🐛 I was playing around the free mode and after a few days, I lost my admin privileges.When I tried to log in to my WordPress Admin dashboard, I get redirected to the Master Study page. I did not have access to my website. I couldn't even delete the MasterStydy bug until it completely reset my website by uninstalling the entire WordPress via cpanel.I won't ever recommend that anyone should pay for the Stylemix masterstudy LMS plugin/theme
never buy anything from them If you have any questions or problems, technical support will not solve your problem, they will never solve the problem, trust me never, instead they will write to you, you need to buy a paid subscription from them so that they can help you, I bought the Pro version and they also offered me to buy a support package from them in the end they told me that they would help me solve the problem for $4,700 dollars, Do you know when I received this answer? I sent them a ticket to Podershko which the plugin did not work on 10/2023/20 and received a response on 11/2023/15
The "Cancel subscription" button sent me months ago to an error 500 page, I did it many time and it didn't work, and support don't want to refund. Tested just now again, and still error 500 page. So they charged me again !Opened paypal dispute and they try to win the dispute while they charged me while I asked to not renew. Sent many emails to try to explain their issue, and they don't want to refund.More of this, the plugin is full of bugs, and the private key for payplug was visible on source codes of my wordpress, big security flaw. The patched after 3 months the issues, without a thanks.
Bewars of buying this theme!It might look rich on the surface, but once you buy it and be able to try it fully, you will realize it is like an unfinished product.They keep updating it every few days, as if this is a good thing, claiming they are adding new features and stuff, when in fact they are trying to get the theme to work, yet it keeps having issues and wont let you have a complete working websiteThey decliend our refund request!We'll keep leaving 1 star reviews until we get our refund!
We purchased a theme (Studymaster LMS) from you. Within 3 days we realized that this theme will not suit our needs. (Your website says 14 days money back guarantee - there is NO free trial period available.) We are still struggling to get our money back (it has been over 30 days now!!!) Will not recommend to anyone.
At StylemixThemes, it is important to think twice before making a purchase. The worst theme we have encountered was not worth the $60 USD we paid for it. The demo showed images and designs that were not present in the actual product, and when we asked for a refund, the customer service was unhelpful and the attitude was arrogant. I bought the theme which is OK. But then I paid U$70 for them to install it. They completely botched the install, wiping out all my site information, content and customer lists. Furthermore they were very dismissive and unhelpful. To add insult to injury they then wrote a public review saying that I'd never paid them to do the install - despite it clearly showing on their own website and me having lots of e-mail proof of purchase. I accept mistakes happen but the service recieved was beyond awful, derogatory and bordering on rude.
