Disappointing cat toy

Ordered a cat toy based on ad on Facebook. Very misleading. The ad featured a flapping bird with a remote control. When it arrived, it was just the bird - no flapping and no remote. Only when I went to their website did I see that the bird alone was an option.I would be hesitant to order anything more from Suerteyay. Very poor value.

They participate in false advertising. I ordered a garage heater and received something totally different than what was advertised. No phone number to call and they haven’t responded to multiple emails. Do not buy their products

SCAM!! Overcharged

I ordered 4 clips and that's it. Much to my dismay found that they decided to add the 8 pack as well to an additional $26.99 charge. They never sent confirmation email, I contacted PayPal and whatever the merchant said, they declined my dispute. Beyond mad! Sending to the Attorney General as this is such a scam!!!!!
