This was the last time buying from Sunlu

I ordered 12 kg of filament on the Sunlu Website and got it delivered within a week. Once delivered and opened I noticed half of the filament was the wrong type. I contacted customer service and I waited for 5 days with no reply. I then wrote another message, slightly aggravated at this point. I waited another 2 days and got a reply, asking me to provide an unboxing video/pictures of the box and product labels. I replied within 5 minutes with pictures, no reply at all.It's been 9 days today since I got someone to answer me from Sunlu and my patience is lost. Never again will I buy from this company. The customer service is non existing and now I'm being forced to use filament I didn't order.

I have been using sunlu pla since march…

I have been using sunlu pla since march this year and I now have 26 of their colours and have had no issues with the print quality. They have usually delivered within 5 days and on one occasion they were having difficulty in getting the colour I wanted so upgraded me to the higher quality spool at no extra charge 10 out of 10 for quality of product and service.

Poor experience

Poor experience - I cancelled a pre-order with these guys and they ignored multiple emails and online requests and sent it anyway months later. The Phone numbers listed do not seem to work, they just ring out. They may have a uk presence, but are not UK based, emails seem to originate from China. Only after the item was shiped did they start responding to emails. The item shipped from a Ukraine postal service. I refused the delivery and it has been returned, but a month later i still havent been refunded.

Poor quality product and no parts back up

I would not buy a product from them again. My brother got 2 filament dryers on there Kickstarter and gave one to me as a present. It has failed with less than 30 heat cycles and I don't print large parts, so we are talking 30 mins to 3 hours per print. As I don't print that often it's out of warranty. Customer service got back to me in a reasonable time but were not very helpful after requesting photos and video, they said there was nothing they could do. No spare parts available to fix it which is very poor. Sadly my brother invested in a cheap quality under developed product with no parts back up. If you've read this I would not recommend you buy their products.

Good filament, terrible customer service

The filament prints well and now comes in reusable plastic spools. Where this company falls off is their customer service, i keep telling them their cherry red is absolutely not what it should look like as it is an orange-pink rather than the standard cherry red color code you would think it would be. Way way brighter and not what i expected.... and they are going back and forth with me, throwing different reasons at me to reject my return, all in very vague emails from this "Amanda Lee" which i doubt is a real name anyways, judging by the lack of respect and low effort towards the emails and respecting their policy. You're much better off ordering through amazon at this point. It took 17 emails before i gave up, this person kept insisting that i have opened the product and can't return it, but the only thing i opened was the postage bag. The filament bag was unopened. How would i even be able to see what i received if i didn't open the postage bag?? Thankfully i paid with paypal because i had to do this through PayPal to resolve it. Absolutely unacceptable, you could almost call this a scam. If i had paid with my debit card there was most likely no chance of a return, and keep in mind that i had quoted their own return policy to this person 4 times and she still denies it!

Fast service but terrible low quality filament

So far i have only tried printing with my sunlu fliament five times the most basic boat print yet every time it has failed and my a 1 mini can't handle itI later found out that i had to ajust the temprature to 50 degrees on the heatbed and 220 on the nozzle Sunlu could be more clear about the temprature

Worst customer service but good pla

Order No SL11745UK24I ordered 10 rolls of BLACK pla plus 2.0...I received 10 rolls of multi coloured assortment....they have messed me around offering a 70% refund which I agreed to then said it has to be a coupon for their store so I said I will just have a full refund and it is ready for collection..they won't refund me and I've been ignored so now taking action through Lloyds bank who are going to reverse the charge in a week.

Awful service, good filament/prices

Despite the website saying my order would be dispatched in 1-2 business days, it took over two weeks for it to be sent out. I contacted sunlu multiple times via email and chat and have still not had any replies. There was no option to cancel my order on the website. I did then get a response when contacting them via Facebook messenger but they just said the warehouse had been busy because they had a promotion on. Won’t use them again unless ordering filament well in advance of actually needing it.Edit: I had given them 2 stars but it's dropped to 1. The filament finally arrived but one of the spools was broken so could not be mounted on my Bambu AMS Lite. I asked for a replacement, sending a video of the broken spool and they said I should just dry the filament!!!!Edit: After weeks of absolute nonsense from the support team they’ve finally refunded me. It’s been really frustrating and a massive waste of time. Had no problems with orders in the past but will never use them again after this experience.

Faulty HS PLA refund refused, terrible support

I purchased Sunlu HS PLA (high speed PLA) 5 spools. 3 of the 5 turned out to be faulty (Sunlu support unable to resolve the problems). It's taken a good month to work through the support with them (whilst their English is undoubtedly better than my Chinese it's certainly far from great) and though unable to help, they refused to refund me in full for these three spools despite my pointing out that this is my right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They have stated that the filament is a consumable and opened, but the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still applies to opened consumables which are faulty.
