Would not recommend dealing with this company Numerous delays for months on order that has already been payed for . No communication or updates from them . Had to contact them each time to be told there was another few months delay Refund requested almost impossible after numerous emails and telephone calls . Still waiting after 10 days as the director is on holiday Just received a call after submitting my review to say that our refund will be processing and to expect to receive on the 27th sep ( end of month) not what we asked for as we requested a refund on the 12th sep but didn’t receive any correspondence No
I had a problem with my Pergola, I called Suns Lifestyle and they sent a team round for the following month. STEVE & DANNY who were the fitters attended and they literally went above and beyond to fix the issue I had. Excellent service I can't thank them enough! I real credit
The installers Marius & Kieran arrived at the promised time a couldn’t have been more polite and engaging.They ran through the installation process and as promised once main structure was erected we were given the opportunity to agree position before final fixing. They ran through operation of the pergola on completion and they left site clean and tidy. Overall a great service!
Steve and Tom were fantastic, quick, polite and friendly. Was so tidy, cleaned up after themselves and no bits left around (as I have a dog this is so important). Would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants a great job done. Thank you both.
What an absolute sham. Contacted these people back in February. Paid deposit and were told they would install in May. No contact or updates until we chased them up to find out what was happening. We’re told someone would contact but nothing. Chased Natasha and were told again someone would contact us, no one did. Emailed to say date moved to August!!! No offers for another product, no apologies just nothing. Really frustrated as we could have gone with another reputable company. Thanks for messing up our summer … just constantly telling us lies… awful way to run a business
Kieran and Rowan installed our Rota 4x3 Pergola in a very professional and informative manner. They talked us through the whole installation process and completed the job without fuss, in spite of a couple of potential glitches due to our patio being somewhat uneven. Cleared away all the packaging and left no mess behind whatsoever. Definite 5-stars for the installation.I shall hold back on a review of the overall Sales experience until it's all complete, as we're still missing one of the sun screens. There have also been some issues with communications and the wrong colur pergola being delivered.
