When we made our initial enquires Suns Lifestyle were really helpful on the phone. Once we had visited the showroom there was no hard sell. We asked if the gazebo could be here by a certain date and it was. We have since added an extra screen with no problem. We have made a suggestion and we were listened to, so nice to deal with a family run business who care.
We got to see Suns Lifestyle pergolas at a show this year and purchased a 3 x 4 with screens on 3 sides. Really impressed with the pergola. There was a minor issue with one of the screens but SL sent the same installers out to sort it. Big thanks to Marc, Rash & Stewart for your hard work.
After months of research we were delighted to visit the Suns Lifestyle showroom. They had lots of options available to us and we were really pleased that no question was too silly to ask. We purchased two 3.6 x 5.3 rota louvered pergola's, joining them allowed us to have a large covered terrace space for entertaining all year round. Glen and Rash are truly amazing installers. I work in a customer service industry and Glen and Rash are exemplary in customer service. They were accommodating, understanding, focused on the best outcome for us, adaptable and friendly. We felt like they cared for our installation as if it was their own home. As a team, they are an asset to Suns Lifestyle and true brand advocates. We will always recommend Suns Lifestyle and without hesitation, would purchase from them again.
What a fantastic service by this company 👏 We are over the moon with our pergola and had many admirers of it...I would in particular like to praise the fitters that installed it...Christian and Brent...they were very professional...friendly...Happy and chatty...the demonstration they gave on the pergola was easy and straightforward...We are 100% happy with all aspects of this company.
Ordered Friday 22nd and was installed Tuesday 26th, was originally told up to 8 weeks so this came as a very pleasant surprise. Marc and Dom turned up exactly when they said they would and got to work installing our pergola, they were very professional and cleaned as they went which meant no piles of packing material lying about, it was clear they take pride in their work and everything was installed to a high standard. The pergola itself seems very sturdy and we had some rain in the afternoon and were able to sit outside and everything remained dry which is exactly what we hoped for.
We changed our minds about what colour to go for the day before installation. Thankfully a white one was in stock and Sun’s Lifestyle were very obliging in changing it for us. We had our rota pergola fitted on the hottest day of the year. 🌞🥵. We were really concerned that Stew and Marc would pass out in the heat in our south facing garden. It was so so hot. They soldiered on and did an absolutely fantastic job of fitting our pergola. Slight damage to one of the Louvres which we have been assured will be rectified very soon. Well done Stew and Marc you deserve a medal 🥇. We are very happy and it looks amazing.
Marc and the team fitted our new pergola over a jacuzzi and decked area. They were very efficient and helpful with any queries. We are very pleased with the service they gave and with the excellent pergola which seems to be of a very high quality.
