Review Time
The company lost our key. Upon arrival, we left the car in a parking lot that looked like a junkyard, with trash everywhere and broken glass. The shuttle to the airport was delayed, causing us to miss our bus. The return journey was worse; they took over an hour to pick us up from the terminal. When we arrived back, they had lost our car key and asked us to wait in a filthy office while they searched for it. We are still waiting here as they look for the key in improbable places.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I booked parking and called as instructed, only to get through late and find that no one was there to collect my car. They kept me waiting for over an hour and even demanded an extra fee for parking after I had already paid a significant amount. This experience has ruined the start of my holiday and caused me great stress.
Avoid this company. They have very few pick-up drivers. Their meet and greet service may seem cheaper than others, but the long wait times make it not worth it. I had to wait an hour for the car after reaching the parking lot. Traveling with family, including an elderly disabled person, made the experience even more unpleasant.
We have been waiting in the freezing cold with our kids for over 1.5 hours for our car. They market themselves as a meet and greet service at the airport, but they aren’t even on-site when we arrived. I had to call them to come from off-site to collect the car, which took ages. This business is incredibly unreliable, and I strongly recommend avoiding it. In the end, we waited over 2 hours with constant lies about their arrival time. There are plenty of dependable valet parking options available at the airport, just not this one!
Avoid at all costs! It took them 3 hours to bring my car! It was a 2.5-hour flight, and I waited 3 hours for the car. The person who collected my car smelled of marijuana, but I didn’t care at that point as I was already late for my flight. They seem like a new company with no drivers and an already terrible reputation.
This company should not be operating. They took my car and ignored my calls when I tried to retrieve it. Thankfully, I had a tracker in my car that helped me find it after nearly 2 hours of trying to reach them following a stressful flight. I do not recommend using their service and suggest avoiding them altogether. My car had a large scratch on the rear quarter panel, and the interiors were filthy. It looked like it had been stored in a field. Avoid at all costs!
I called 30 minutes before reaching customs, and for the first five attempts, they didn't pick up. Once we exited arrivals, I called three more times and was told the car would take 45 minutes. I thought I could grab a coffee and relax. After 45 minutes, I called again and was informed they were busy and needed another 30 minutes. Frustrated, I continued to wait. On my 10th attempt (20 overall), they finally answered and said the car's battery was dead, which felt like a false excuse since I could track my car on my app. In total, it took 2 hours and 30 minutes for my car to arrive.
I am appalled by the service we received. I followed the instructions to call when we were through customs, but after multiple calls and excuses about delays, our car finally arrived 1 hour and 50 minutes later. I had two young children with me who had to wait outside in the cold. I can't understand how they manage to run a business like this.
I ended up booking with this company who seem to trade as ParkLane Meet &Greet on Compare Parking website. Outgoing service was just about ok with a 20 minute wait time but communication was poor and did not give confidence. There was nobody on site at Heathrow T5 car park, unlike other companies which did have a small desk and someone on site and in control.Service on return was awful, poor communication which comprised of lies about time for car to be brought to airport resulting in a 90minute wait time. Car had only done 12 miles so that was ok but the engine had been thrashed by the driver. Who told me he had only been told 10mins ago to bring the car and suggested the poor service was my fault ‘because I had booked with a s**t company’. The airports should get a grip on these ‘companies’ that prey on the public who seem to have very few reasonable options to park safely at many of the London airports.
