I used Super Parking Heathrow for a meet and greet service recently. My vehicle was handed directly to their staff and remained under their control for the duration of my trip.
After collecting my car, I discovered that a 100ml bottle of perfume worth £115 had gone missing from inside the vehicle.
I contacted the company to raise a formal complaint but have received no response. The matter has now been reported to the police.
I am very disappointed with both the loss of my property and the lack of communication. I advise noone to use this company.

Giving this company a 1 star is more then they deserve, I would give them a -10 if I could. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY even if you have no other choice.
A very long story short, they lost our car keys, we had to take an uber home which we were told we would get reimbursed for, they delivered our car to us 3 days later, constant excuses, so much inconvenience caused with 3 young children, tried to contact them through calls and emails, no reply, then eventually spoke to one of the workers who hanged up on le 3 times and continued to swear at me, my goodness i was speechless being sworn by someone who's is meant to be a professional. This company left me in utter shock.
Pleser please please avoid them to save yourself future stress.

Consistently disappointing experience

I faced the same frustrating situation as others have reported: delays, unprofessional behavior, and difficulty reaching customer support. Additionally, I discovered that the on-board computer had been disabled, hiding information about the vehicle's usage and distance driven. It seems there may be questionable activities involved. Booking through the aggregator site led to confusion about who I was actually dealing with, and I wouldn’t recommend using that service either, as it's not affiliated with the official operator.

Extremely disappointing experience!

This is the most frustrating service I have ever encountered! A comparison site indicated a rating of 4.8/5, which led me to make a booking, but that rating is clearly inaccurate. I waited 45 minutes to collect the key upon arrival and spent an hour returning the vehicle in freezing temperatures both days! Additionally, I received a call when I returned the car, instructing me to collect it from a different drop-off area than originally stated. I later learned that this change may result in a fine. Completely dishonest and unhelpful!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This service made us wait 2 hours on our departure day and an additional 4 hours on our return. We were left in the cold without a waiting area or restroom facilities. Inept, untrustworthy, and unreliable… DO YOU REALLY WANT TO RISK MISSING YOUR FLIGHT BECAUSE OF THIS SERVICE? THEN AVOID IT! I would give a lower rating if possible, but I’m stuck with 1 star.

Completely untrustworthy and unresponsive service.

This service is a complete scam and their representatives are extremely rude. They never pick up their phones, and even when using a different mobile for communication, responses are scarce. I faced a major ordeal trying to have my vehicle collected and returned. After hours of waiting, I was forced to threaten involving authorities just to retrieve my car. I strongly advise avoiding this service and not booking through comparison websites—they're a total scam.

Poor communication and long wait times

I called 30 minutes before reaching customs, but they didn't pick up for the first five tries. After exiting arrivals, I called three more times and finally got through, only to hear that it would be 45 minutes for my car. I thought I could wait with a coffee. After 45 minutes, I called again, and they said they were busy and needed another 30 minutes. My frustration grew as I waited. On my 10th attempt (20 overall), they finally answered and claimed the car's battery was dead, which seemed like a false excuse since I could track my car's status on the app. Ultimately, it took 2 hours and 30 minutes for my car to arrive.

I would rate it zero if I could. The service failed to meet us at the airport, and when I called 30 minutes ahead as instructed, no one answered. The return was a nightmare too, as other reviews have noted. After calling as instructed with no response, they said it would take an hour, then another hour. We got the same excuse about a flat battery despite being told the driver was pulling into the parking lot. We waited over 2 hours in the cold. I would strongly advise against using their service, as these reviews are accurate, and they operate under different names.

STEER CLEAR!!

STEER CLEAR!!! They didn’t greet us upon our return and just left the key on a wheel. A staff member from another company directed us where to look since they wouldn’t answer our calls. We had to pay £18.50 to leave because they left our car unattended. The number on our booking was blocked, but when I tried another number, it rang through. We’ve been given various ways to complain, but it feels like we’re being shuffled around. After some research, it seems there’s something fishy going on here. I wouldn't be surprised if this company vanished and reappeared under a new name soon. Next time, we will pay more for a reliable service.

Waited 1 hour 45 minutes in the cold for my car

After landing at the airport, I called to have my car brought to the meet and greet area, which should take 30 minutes. Instead, I was told it would be 45 minutes, but no one showed up. I called again and was told my car was blocked by 20 others, which was frustrating considering they had a week to prepare. I stood in the freezing cold with my child for 1 hour and 45 minutes! This is unacceptable, and I have lodged a complaint and am awaiting a response.
