I absolutely love this boutique. I purchased a gorgeous Prada Bag in 2016 and a few years later a beautiful Gucci bag. I visited the store again today and the collections on display are so gorgeous. The owner has an eye for the most beautiful and unique bags from each designer collection she carry’s in the store. They are always so welcoming and even remember me from my purchases 8 years ago. Love this place!l and wouldn’t buy a designer handbag from anyone else.
I ordered and paid for a Gucci bag but ended up returning it the next day. Prior to returning it, I ordered the Gucci I originally wanted. I contacted Queen Bee of Beverly Hills’ and spoke with Rebecca to keep her apprised of the situation. She informed me that the second bag I had ordered was actually listed but “not available”. A few days later, I seen the same bag, (second one), on Poshmark, (listed by Queen Bee),and ordered and paid for it in full. That one, too, was cancelled. I believe that Rebecca (owner) took it personally that I returned the first bag. BTW, 15 days later and no refund on the first bag. Queen Bee states that: “Refunds will be processed within 2 business days”. If you do not conform to the owner’s standards, then you will not be able to purchase through them. Please be wary of their sales tactics!Update: My money was refunded the day after I wrote this review…the entity that processed my card contacted Queen Bee numerous times requesting a refund, to no avail. One can conclude that it was not until I wrote this review that action was taken by Queen Bee.
Queen Bee carries such a wide variety of high-end designer bags like Gucci, Prada, Valentino, etc. Not only that, but they offer really great prices for brand-new handbags that you could not find anywhere else. The staff is super kind and I highly recommend shopping there for gifts!
