Exercise caution with this brand. They claim returns are allowed, and I opted to return the items due to the poor quality of the furniture. I had to make several calls and engage in lengthy email exchanges just to arrange the return pick-up, which took about two weeks with numerous follow-ups. My return was collected on November 10th, and now, over a month later, I still haven't received my refund. There have been no emails or updates. I reached out via chat, and they informed me that they cannot provide any information on the status of my return. I sincerely hope to recover my funds soon…

I purchased a sofa in early September with the assurance that my old sofa would be taken away upon delivery, but that did not happen. The client experience has been a disaster. The delivery team refused to take away the old furniture, and it has been three weeks with all this furniture piled in my living room while customer service remains indifferent! I suggest avoiding this brand entirely...
The design of the furniture is stunning – that’s the only positive aspect I can mention. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience has been a nightmare. I received the wrong piece, not once but twice. Now I have multiple identical sofa sections that I didn’t order. How can such mistakes happen repeatedly? This reflects a shocking lack of quality control and professionalism. If a company can’t deliver the right products, it doesn't matter how great the design is. Customers shouldn't have to chase after basic order fulfillment. Until these issues are resolved, I strongly recommend thinking twice before placing an order.
I purchased a sofa in August, and my experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the delivery was a nightmare. The company was late on the scheduled day without notifying us, and despite paying €75 for the service, the delivery team did not assemble the sofa. Worse, they were rude and unhelpful, refusing to let us check whether all parts of the sofa were delivered correctly. Second, the quality of the sofa is far below expectations. It started sagging from day one, even though we barely use it. The construction lacks proper support—there are no springs, and we constantly have to adjust the fabric to keep it looking acceptable. For a premium-priced product, this is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company based on this experience. Poor customer service, subpar craftsmanship, and an overall frustrating purchase. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
I bought a couch and within six weeks, the fabric was completely ruined with significant balling and pilling. I live alone with my teenage son, so the couch sees minimal use. I sent photos to customer service, and they responded that it is normal wear and tear and suggested I use a fabric depiller! I explained that the extent of the pilling is NOT consistent with normal wear for a product of this quality and price. I should not have to perform such extensive maintenance on a nearly new product! Still no response.
We bought an 800 EUR desk and paid an additional 75 euros for comfort delivery. The delivery agency informed me they do not assemble the desk. They did not schedule a delivery time with me, despite my payment for that service. I will never purchase anything from them again. Additionally, they issued an incorrect invoice and refuse to amend it. Terrible customer service, terrible delivery, and overpriced for no reason. NEVER AGAIN.
I faced the same issues as others. I ordered an 800 EUR desk and paid for comfort delivery, only to be told by the delivery agency that they do not offer that service and it would be street delivery. I contacted customer service in desperation and offered to pay more because I cannot physically move that large desk to my apartment alone. Customer service told me it was not possible and showed no flexibility or willingness to help. I did not even accept the order, and I will NEVER buy from this company again. STAY AWAY.
