Wish I could give them zero stars

Wish I could give them zero stars. I cashed out on 11/25 but never received my money. I reached out to customer service and they claimed my account was flagged for not being honest during surveys and my reward was canceled. Mind you I only had my account for a few days before I cashed out and answered everything honestly. DO NOT use this app.

App doesn't give you your money.

I cashed out $5 on November 18 to my bank checking account and didnt receive the money. They said itll be there by November 25, checked my bank account and there's no $5 deposit. Its a scam I realized since I emailed customer support to no avail.

Payment Canceled and No Support Response

I withdrew a £25 Amazon gift card from SurveyStreak, and the payment was stuck on pending for days.After the app asked me to verify my phone number, I entered my number, and shortly after the withdrawal was canceled without any explanation.I did not receive my points back, and my account stopped receiving surveys.I tried contacting support through the app and via email, but I only receive automated messages with no real help.Please resolve my issue, restore my points or resend the reward, and confirm whether my account is active or restricted.This experience is very disappointing, and I hope the team responds.
