Review Time
This review is not about the furniture itself. It is about the service.
Here is the situation: I ordered terrace furniture for my apartment in Valencia, which is located on the 5th floor. I was not given any exact delivery date or time in advance.
Today I receive a call from the driver saying he is already at the entrance of my building and that I need to come downstairs and collect all the boxes myself. The furniture weighs around 80 kg in total — for reference, I weigh about 50 kg.
How exactly am I supposed to carry these boxes upstairs on my own? And how could I possibly have helpers waiting downstairs when the delivery window given was between February 24 and March 10?
Dear SWEEK: if you sell furniture but cannot provide delivery to the door (which is already questionable service for a furniture company), then at the very least the delivery service should communicate the exact delivery date at least one day in advance. That way the customer can arrange help or organize a separate service to bring the furniture upstairs.
Honestly, the logic here is very simple — but apparently incredibly difficult for your delivery service to understand.
Buying online can be hit n miss. What you see isn't always what you get. Sweeek has been a completely different experience for me. I purchased a garden sofa set for a competitive price. I was told delivery would be between 03/05 March and it was delivered on the 4th. The set was in 2 fairly large boxes left street side as requested. I was so happy to see that the set was already put together which made it much easier for me to carry in to my garden. Everything was packed so neatly. The set itself was in perfect condition. The cushions are a good quality and are nice and thick for comfort. I love it!!
So thank you Sweeek for being professional and for delivering when you said you would. It is sadly a rare experience to get a great service but you've done this 100%. Impressive. 👍

I dont have a spanish mobile so delivery can be an issue -however TDN helped to facilitate delivery thru email comms. Sweeek were also very good in keeping in touch to ensure delivery was followed thru. Chairs are good value for money
i purchased a sofa from Sweek via maisons du monde. Their return policy is limited to 14 days includes a 25% charge on any item or for it to be returned by me to their warehouse. Given the low quality of the product itself when it arrived, it seems to be this is a business model, whereby they charge consumers for something that will need to be returned, and then collected 25% of any purchase price, relying on people being unable to return them. Fortunately i found someone with a van willing to help me return the item for 1/4 of what they wanted to charge me.
Well here goes,The furniture was delivered as arranged,Unfortunately on putting it together we had a problem one of the chair parts it was incorrect.I emailed sweeek support team they were very helpful,A replacement part was sent to me very quickly ,10-10 we are pleased with the outcome,Just to say Great product,Good Value for money,Thanks again SWEEEK.
