Terrible Quality and a Nightmare Return Process

I ordered a set that included a table and chairs, but the table was of very poor quality with a loose slat right out of the box. I wanted to keep the chairs, but this was impossible unless I ordered the exact same chairs separately, which arrived in the exact same box. They charge a 25% restocking fee for returning an item , which I'm reluctantly willing to pay. Especially, since I had to order the exact same chairs again and had them shipped unnecessary. The real issue is the return process. Despite repeatedly explaining the problem and providing photos (first of the unopened boxes and later of the opened ones as requested), they kept dragging their feet. I had to go through the hassle of opening the boxes to photograph everything to prove to the shipping company that it was intact. After sending these pictures, I haven’t heard back.It’s been over two weeks now, and my house is filled with three huge boxes I have no space for. They’ve stopped responding to emails, and I’m stuck with no resolution. If you’re considering buying from them, make sure you’re 100% certain you want the items because their return process is a complete nightmare.

Low quality products

Low quality products, that do not conform to the descriptions. One has to pay 25% of the order price for returns. Delivery date not respected. I got a broken piece and was then sent a voucher of 5% for my next purchase. Consider buying somewhere else.

I ordered a patio furniture set on Nov…

I ordered a patio furniture set on Nov 16 and the first delivery date was Nov 20-25. I did not receive any update regarding this delivery and after a nr of calls the new delivery date was changed to Nov 25-28. Again, no notification towards the end of this period. I contacted sweek again and called the delivery company. There was no info based on order number, nobody knew where my furniture set was. At some point I was told that perhaps it didn't even leave Barcelona. I requested a cancellation as I had to leave Spain in a few days but they couldn't do it unless the order arrives back in their warehouse. Thanks God I made the payment with PayPal and after another 10 days my claim was resolved by PayPal. So after one month I got my 750€ back. Sweek is using very unprofessional delivery companies and this is not a good and respectful customer care. I really liked and wanted that furniture set but could not wait for that many weeks to arrive. Seeek should contract reliable delivery companies if they want to have satisfied customers.

The worst experience EVER

The worst experience EVER. It was impossible to get hold of anyone on the team. They cancelled and reordered our table multiple times and only delivered after two months. Then when they finally did bring it, there were screws missing. We have tried getting them from our local hardware store to avoid dealing with Sweeek, but we can't find. So the table is still not assembled and we still haven't received support. DON'T DO IT.

Don’t buy anything from Sweeek

Look at the @sweeek customer support. How they solve the problem.I had lots of orders from @sweeek (I wish I did not) each and every time I had problem with them. Lastly they sent my furniture to Palma even in their system my address is correct. And look at the message from the customer service, I have never had this bad experience with any online sale company. She told me (marie) that I don’t wanna hear from you anymore. Im really angry with sweeek because each and every time I had problem with my orders. Unfortunately I’m waiting for 8+2 chairs and I believe I have to contact with them again and again. It’s the worst experience with an online company, I strongly advice not to buy anything from here.
