Love this system

Love this system! Wish I had this at all my apartments. Feels safe and is very convenient overall.

Swiftlane is a delight.

Using Swiftlane at our office has definitely been an improvement. The ease of setting up visitor access pins and ability to remotely open the office is a delight. The bluetooth occasionally takes longer than we would like unlock but the in app controls are fantastic!

Works great but…

Work very well with face recognition and pin but at times it is cut off from wifi and no one is able to get in unless with a key.

The idea is great but…

The idea is great. The system doesn’t work well in the cold. I have a phone case that blocks readers so I can’t use Bluetooth tap so it would be nice to have a card or RFD tag for my key to tap . It is a pain in the ass to try to open the door, Rangel my 4 year old, and the groceries and the facial recognition doesn’t work. There isn’t a handicap button , and we have handicap people in the building.lots of times it says its unlocked and I can’t open the door and i have to go to the bathroom, and have my 4 year old and i have to walk allllllll the way around the castle to the front to get into the door there it that one works. Get RDF tags or cards or something i can tap and the door opens. Get handicap buttons too.

System is unreliable

This is the second time this week that the unit at the most important door to our building is not working. Neither the PIN nor the facial recognition opens the door.I called earlier this week and have submitted two tickets. No indication that anything has been done. Also, and very importantly, the Swiftlane system is built so that if there's an issue, the customer has to report it. Imagine trying to get into the building in an emergency? Or having to stand outside in freezing or rainy weather? It's incredible that Swiftlane doesn't have system monitoring! If you are looking for this kind of system, keep looking! High initial cost PLUS monthly fee - for an unreliable solution.
