I wanted to try out a MiRider and was surprised when I was told the nearest dealer was in East London. I made contact and they were very helpful. Had a good test ride. Thought about it for a few weeks then decided to buy. Ben was very helpful, he set up the bike and I drove over from West London to collect it. Very pleased with it.

Excellent personal service from Switch Cycles. Ordering was easy after an initial friendly and helpful phone call. My bike arrived very quickly and exactly as described. I was kept updated on my order's progress throughout. These were not automated updates but from a real person. Rare to get this personal touch nowadays - this is customer service as it should be. Highly recommended.

I bought a Mirider One 2021 bike from Switch Cycles via the cycle to work scheme. Arranged a test ride of the bike with Ben who works there. He was very knowledgeable and helpful through out the buying process and offers great after sales service. I would definitely recommended.
