I bought bike off cyclescheme though work and bought voucher to switch cycles and spoke to Ben who was very helpful he explained everything about the bike allowed me to have a trial ride and when the bike came he assembled the bike

I received an email given me a short list of bikes they would recommend. I then arranged to test ride the short list of bikes. Throughout the experience there was no pressure to buy. Once I had decided on the MiRider it was ordered and assembled by SwitchCycles. I arranged collection as I wanted to cycle in London. I will certainly be buying from SwitchCycles in the future.
