Great experience, staff friendly and very helpful.Bike is exactly what I was looking for.....I only use it for recreation but imagine for commuting to work it would prove to be very useful.Looks and feels good quality, folds for easy storage and transportation, it's easy to use.....I haven't charged it yet but that looks easy to do.Bike is heavy but I will not be lifting it too often.I like the integral headlight and the power boost function is very useful.All in all good quality and value, I highly recommend.
Fabulous service provided by Ben at Switch Cycles!I was advised by MiRider to take my bike to Switch Cycles to undertake work under warranty. What I loved about the service was that Ben was really responsive and proactive. I dropped the bike on Saturday and it was ready like clockwork on the Sunday for collection. Ben had taken extra care to fix a few extra bits and cleaned the bike up as well as charging it up for me. Ben knows his stuff and it’s lovely to have an expert store so close in case you need it. Superb bike and great service. The website was clean and easy to use to place an order. Fast delivery too, bike arrived within two days with minimum assembly required.Ben also kept me up to date with the progress of the bike from shipment, any questions, to post delivery too.Highly recommended.
