Cancelled our taxi from the airport to the hotel and visa versa, so much so missed the flight and spent £1000s to fly back to the UK. Do not move, they take the money and don't provide a taxi. Like speaking to a machine over the phone to complaint.

Please read this! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Canceled both transfers leaving us stranded for NO REASON! Had to pay hundreds of pounds and spend extra days abroad because of this awful company. We had zero communication from this company apart from saying we will have no refund. It’s a complete scam and should not be operating! Once again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Booked a return private taxi a year in advance for £500 and it didn’t turn up at the airport to get us when we arrived. We made our own way to the resort and tried to cancel our booking for the return because we didn’t trust that they would arrive to take us back to the airport. They wouldn’t allow us to cancel and said we would lose our money if we did. They forced us to keep the booking instead of making alternative arrangements. We confirmed our booking 3 times in the week leading up to the return and was assured that they were coming. Turns out no driver had been assigned to our booking and they didn’t turn up again. Their only solution was to book an uber but we’re in the mountains where no Ubers will actually accept a booking like this. They also only suggested we use “local taxis” of which were all fully booked because it’s such a busy time. We missed our flight and had to pay £700 in additional transfer and taxis plus a new flight of over £500 for all of us. Avoid this company like the plague they do not know how to do their jobs and actually create problems that do not need to exist. Terrible customer service.
Our driver was great … she told us so many things about the islands history etc. and she stopped at a gas station out of her way so we could use the rest room. It was a very long and winding road. Apparently the helicopter is the way to go !
