Ben from Switch Cycles was very helpful and professional from the word go he provided a test ride of the MiRiDER 1 bike which I was interested in and adviced on suitable cycles for my requirements as I was looking for a folding bike to carry in a campervan. Order was placed and received within a few days straight from the manufactor MiRiDER there was a small problem with the bike which Ben has rectified promptly. I would say I am very happy with the service received from Switch Cycles.
