I was charged $99.99 for a voice translator that I did not order, and I have difficulty hearing. This charge appeared after my dispute with another service. I immediately reported it to my bank and am awaiting their response. It seems suspicious as they may be connected to the other service since no one else has my credit card information. When I accused them of theft, they denied any association, which I find odd.
Shipping has been extremely slow. My package has been stuck in China for two weeks. They've claimed to expedite it, but nothing has changed. I continue to receive updates about changes in delivery status, but it remains at the same location. I regret not reading reviews before purchasing here. I do not recommend this service for timely deliveries.
