I recently picked up the Titan Rifle Case from Tactical Elites and have been really impressed with the quality. The material feels durable and the padding gives me confidence that my rifle is well protected when transporting it to the range.The case has plenty of space and the layout makes it easy to organize everything without feeling cramped. Zippers and stitching also feel solid, which is something I always look for in a rifle case.Shipping was quick and the whole experience with Tactical Elites was smooth. Definitely happy with the purchase and I’ll be buying from them again.
Customer service SUCKS! Take ur money the day you order and ship about 2 weeks later, can’t say anything about products, gave it as Christmas gift, afraid if I sent it back I would not get my money back or at least take a month or so to refund. Asked via email yo cancel my order, they said it already shipped but no tracking info for 5 days later , so I have to say they lied! Take ur business elsewhere
All these positive reviews are fake. This company is a scam and will take your money and never send the product. If you see any posts or reviews otherwise, it is fake. Do not understand any circumstances order from this Middle Eastern Scamming group from Lebanon.
Order #182356Got the Site Right 2.0 Boresighter for the holidays. Was so excited to get it open and start using it at the range. To my surprise, I was missing the adapter for a 9mm caliber. Not a big deal, I figured I could reach out, explain the situation, send some pictures and get the adapter sent over. Boy was I wrong. Over a month later and I am still waiting on even confirmation that a new adapter will be sent. Every time I reach out and ask for an update, no one has any idea where the adapter is. I sent clear pictures, explained the situation, was told a new adapter was going to be sent and that I would get tracking when it does and I am still waiting. Hopefully I finally get some information or I will just ask for a refund. Oh, and they also took down my comment on a social media post about how I was missing an adapter. I don’t honestly care that they did, it’s their profile. But you’d hope for some transparency and customer service
0 stars! Purchased never received. Support is junk when asking where my stuff is. I ended up disputing the charges.Edit: Finally received the goods after numerous emails asking about them. The ordered was mispacked so only received partial goods and of course shows fully fulfilled order. Took forever to get the details of the rest of the goods. Terrible experience as a customer. Not the only retailer that has shown this type of characteristic this year.
If I could give it no stars, I would! I purchased a special packaged product and express processing offered by Tactical Elite on their website on Sept. 9, 2024. My tracking information showed that it has been in transit for all this time and USPS when investigating believes it did not have my address on the package in the bar code and that is why it has been bouncing around from one location to another while I still do not have what has been ordered. Over a month later I still do not have it and just keep getting am told to have patience. There is no contact phone number so now I consider that I have been simply ripped off. I do not know what more I can say than I do not recommend anyone do business with Tactical Elites!
