Got a BDU shirt & DD Camo pants at a 2nd hand store. Matched them perfectly with TG Clearance items with matching belts. Latest item was Condor Tactical Pants & got a TG Logo Patch to free ship an order for over $50. The Fastech Taco Mags finished my H-PT 109 build & the patch is on my dropleg holster's extra mag velcro. Kristyn's the BEST with the overnight belts! Always my 'A' list when I buy!

Order canceled without trying to reach me by email before doing so

Placed an order with 2-day shipping (for it to be able to ship further on on time). The order got canceled on the day it was supposed to be shipped (4 days after the order was placed). This was the first time i received an email from them. No questions trying to specify, nothing. Just "we are canceling your order". The explanation was "suspected fraud" and "we didn't reach you on the phone" ("and have never heard of a possibility to use an email before cancelation" I guess). If it were a kid's toy, I wouldn't mind. But these were defense vests, to save real people's lives.

Absolutely top notch customer service

Absolutely top notch customer service! I screwed up and ordered the wrong size boot. I called at 0912 on Monday morning and Larry got me hooked up with a return label, free shipping AND the correct size boots in the mail. Very attentive staff and fast shippers. This place will be my first place to check when I need gear.

I came across TacticalGear.com while looking for camping and survival equipment and purchased a couple of items just to try them out. Immediately I was impressed with the quality of the items I received and have since placed several orders. Pens and plasma lighters, backpacks and molle pouches, jackets and gloves. The inventory is tremendous. The website is well organized and easy to navigate. Product information is readily available and thorough. And the rewards program is a nice incentive.
