Buyer beware!!!

Very unhappy with this company. I ordered the solar powered chargers.They guaranteed three day delivery. Wrong! Very slow in answering my emails. The usb included with the charger did not work and both units I purchased did not charge well. The agreed to the return, but deducted a $5 per unit "restocking" fee. When I asked why they were going to restock a device that was not working, their response was very vague. To make matters worse, the credit they said I was getting, never got posted to my bank account. Also, the info that came with these "solar powered" changes, say" warning" do not leave in the sun too long.This business is not a scam...

I ordered a Blackhawk quick disconnect on 2/1/17. Today is the end of 2/6/17. Paid extra for 3-6 day shipping. Email confirmation of order stating I would receive a notification that the item has shipped. No shipping to this point. In my conversation on 2/3/17 I was informed that the 3-6 day shipping doesn't actually start until the item has been shipped by them. I was told Fri or Mon for them to ship the item. It's Mon evening and no email. They did refund the shipping cost Fri. I guess that they're not in a hurry to ship it now.It did finally arrive on Feb 13. Definitely not 3-6 days.

After wileyx being unhelpful, I found tacticalgear
tacticalgear.com while on vacation in Orlando. Normal phone communication by phone would have been too expensive, so I used their online chat service to order some tactical sunglasses.
A little long winded to do it like this but the girls were patient and helpful. Started the process with Cheyenne but the connection dropped
Reconnected with another helpful girl and completed the purchase. Despatched the next day by ups ( Hi Doug, KoQ's!!) and the communication was spot on. I needed fast delivery and accepted the 2 day delivery charge, and the package appeared right on the dot. 2 days later. Thanks guys and I would recommend your services A++
