I am currently 3 weeks into my training course and I must say, out of all the training I have done this is by far the best.As a newbie to the property industry this training will help me gain knowledge into the pros and cons of certain strategies.I am interested in Deal Sourcing to raise some capital to start BRRR so I am really looking forward to this part of the training so I can get my property journey underway.
I just completed the purchase of a property with the help of Talking Houses. Mike was very helpful in the tailoring to and sourcing of the exact kind of property I wanted. Lola made the process of conveyance and property purchase seamless and smooth. I had 56 days to complete it, and she made sure we met the deadline. In all, I am very pleased with Talking Houses. I will update the review after refurbishing.
Absolutely brilliant course. Weeks 5 and 6 very in depth . I am impressed by Mikes diverse knowledge and the vast amount of experience. I really didn’t think that he would cover so much ground in fact, I have to go over it again to really take it in. Well put together and must say Vijay your a star for undertaking such a good course. I do have questions for Mike I guess I will wait for the monthly meeting . Thanks to Shaun for his input too
