Truly let down

Very dissatisfied with my experience

I am very dissatisfied with my experience at a local store. I previously obtained a permanent bracelet with a charm, which held sentimental value. Unfortunately, the charm fell off, which was upsetting given both its emotional significance and the cost. When I returned for a replacement, I encountered a terrible attitude from staff. They informed me that there were no stock or appointments available until the new year. It was frustrating to learn that the only person who handles the service was unavailable during the holiday period. When I inquired about future appointments, I received vague responses. Overall, this experience left me questioning the reliability of the service. I wouldn’t recommend this based on how issues are managed.

Disappointing service and quality

The jewellery is lovely but not worth the price. My husband got me two chains on Christmas Eve; one broke, and I returned it the next day. It broke again, and the clasp on the other chain is too small to open. The customer service was terrible; the staff had no manners and were unhelpful. I plan to return tomorrow with my receipts for a refund. I really cannot recommend this.

Delivery issues

I ordered jewellery on December 10th and am still waiting for delivery as of the 20th. I intended this as a Christmas gift and am extremely frustrated with the poor service. I love the jewellery, but the service has been disappointing.
