Recieved damaged pair of shoes with scuff marks and scratches all over them. I’ve tried to contact customer service 4 times in the past 7 days and no one has responded. Shocking service from supposed high end brand. I paid via PayPal so will have to raise a dispute to get my money back.
What an absolute farce!!I saw this beautiful yellow dress in the shop window in Annecy, France when on holiday. I checked the website which said (and still states!) that the store was open at 10am on Monday so as I was leaving at 11am, I ran to the shop only to find it is, in fact, closed on Mondays!So, I ordered the dress online and paid extra for air shipping as I needed the dress for a wedding that weekend. I wait until Wednesday before contacting the chat bot who says it’s not even been dispatched yet. So I asked for the order to be cancelled but not had any confirmation of this.I then sent my sister to the St John’s Wood shop in London who kindly reserved the dress for me for my sister to collect in person.It’s now 8 days since I ordered the dress and I’ve just had a DHL message to say it’s being delivered on Thursday. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry as I now have 2 dresses and apparently the stores don’t offer refunds, only exchanges, and I have to pay to get the dress shipped back in order to claim a refund!!! I even emailed but no response.This is not acceptable for a retail business selling clothes for hundreds of euros!!! Avoid buying online the plague!!! The dress itself though is really quite lovely.
I ordered a coat on Tara Jarmon on 31/8 2024Money was withdrawn on my account on 6/9 2024, but the coat never sent, whenever I track my order: "still not dispatched". Whenever I contact their "customer service", I get a new ticket and "sorry, we are late"....They never return on the issue.It simply reminds me of simple fraud.
I should have read these reviews before purchasing. Returned item on July 5, but didn’t get a refund. Today is July 28! Emailed them on July 22 and an automated message saying that a ticket of the issue is generated. Haven’t heard from them at all. Stay away from this company! Update on Aug 11. After posting my review here and email them again the next day, I got my refund within a week.
I received my items (on sale) within a week to the Netherlands. I am not returning anything so I cannot comment on customer service. Only thing I can say is that they should update the site a bit, certain faqs aren’t there and the return costs aren’t easy to find. Other than that, great experience ordering and receiving the items!
Returned an item that was received by them over a month and still haven’t received a refund even though I got an email stating the refund has been processed. It hasn’t as it doesn’t show in my PayPal account which PayPal confirmed. Now I’m €194 out of pocket. Order GE5635704560FR
