I bought a top and a skirt, which were nice but the quality was mediocre. I looked at where it's made and they were all made in China. They probably paid the Chinese workers there very low and topped up the shop prices 1000%.Sorry Tara Jarmon nice clothes but not sustainable. I bought French brand that are made in France and did not mind paying the high price as they were of very very good quality.If you are a French company make it made it France.
The purchasing experience is great on the website! However one of the item I ordered doesn't fit me and the return experience is really bad: if you asked for a home delivery like I did your only option is to go at the post office to send it back AND you have to pay for it...Would I have asked for a "relais colis" delivery it would have been free... I didn't pay attention to it when I chose the delivery options but now it is a real pain to return the item.
They have the worst customer service. They sent me a faulty item and offered me 10% refund so that I keep it. It is a lot of money I paid for this item, and it's been over a month now and the refund still hasn't reached me. I wrote endless emails to follow up and no response at all. Do NOT buy from them.
This place is the worst. I have bought a jacket online, for a LOT of money, have received the wrong item after 2 weeks. Got in contact to get the return label (took them over a week), I have shipped the item back over a month ago and never received my refound. I have a confirmation that the item has reached the destination. I have written endless email, contacted on instagram and NOTHING. Do not buy from this brand.
