I have a Haibike treking5. Purchased 18 months ago for around 2k.The pedal came off and stripped the crank threads. I first phoned the supplier to be told the part was unavailable.I was not offered an alternative or any help at all. On the advice of my son I got in touch with Tarty bikes. They offered to re thread the crank if I posted the part to them.All done and dusted within a week.Great service at a very reasonable price.Thank you very much for your advice and expertise.Jim. TartyBikes are the experts on Magura brakes. My old ones (on a touring bike) lasted 15 years before a worn seal in one of the slave cylinders caused them to leak hydraulic fluid. Bought a new set of HS33 from TartyBikes, and had good advice and fast service. Wouldn't consider buying from anyone else.
