The communication from them was amazing. My order was delayed a bit due to a vendor and natural disaster and they kept me in the loop through the entire process. Top draw help yet again! Needing spokes to build up a unusual hub and rim combos. Not something that's a obvious or something that is popular so needed help with calculating the spoke length which the tartybikes team are always so helpful with. Communication with them is always brilliant via email and if things aren't too clear they always call me. Customer service is second to none and with more than 20+ wheels never once has their calculation been wrong. Absolutely spot on every time, product and customer service.
