I had an issue with a bike that I purchased from Tarty Bikes that fell within its warranty period. After sending a pic of the problem to Ben, he immediately sent me a replacement part free of charge. I didn't need to deal with the bike company, answer any questions, or fill out paperwork-the part just showed up at my house.

Beyond the free replacement, Ben sent detailed and clear instructions on how to replace the part myself. He even offered to meet on WhatsApp to go through the process with me. And, if I didn't feel comfortable doing this myself offered to pay for my local bike shop to complete the repair for me.

Yet another wheel build.

Sometimes feel like im a pain in the butt but every time ive asked the question at tartybikes they never fail to come up with a spot on answer. Had to order a hub in for me just because I wanted a blue one and then had to work out the spoke length for me on a random rim that's no longer available. But they never shy away from a challenge which is why I don't hesitate to get in touch with tartybikes! Top draw service as always 👌🏻
