The service team quickly recognized and addressed my issue. The problem was resolved efficiently once we initiated a remote session. The only delay was related to the technicians' working hours, as they are located in a different time zone. Being in Ottawa made direct communication a bit challenging. However, there were no language barriers; all communication was conducted smoothly in English.

Even then, I had to contact the support team multiple times and wait 2–3 days just to get it activated, rendering the software nearly unusable. ❌ Charged Again After Cancellation I had cancelled my subscription within the first month, but in the following month, I was charged again. Upon receiving the bank charge notification, I immediately reached out to their support to cancel and request a refund. ❌ Refund Denied Without Justification Despite confirming the cancellation of my subscription, they denied my request for a refund on the second charge, claiming refunds are only applicable for the first month — even though this charge was also made through unauthorized auto-subscription. ❌ Poor Support & Deceptive Practices The support team is slow, unprofessional, and shirks responsibility. It seems their system is designed to extract subscription fees rather than provide a dependable service. ⚠️ Final Verdict The company exhibits deceptive billing practices, unreliable software, and very poor customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this service to prevent financial loss and frustration. This service is not trustworthy.
