Bought TCP Smart Dehumidifier Read Hi on humidity reader so would not even operate. Then changed to 79. Went out and left it for 4 hours and the reading had gone up to 86! Not a drop of moisture collected. Can see why this product is being sold off cheap! Took back and got refund. Complete loss off faith in product
Bought the TCP oil filled radiator from B&Q. Absolutely awful product. Has to be Set up via WiFi but keeps knocking off even though no issues with home WiFi. Worthless product. Will never buy a TCP item again as unable to contact anyone to discuss issues.
I bought a TCP Smart electric towel rail from Victorian Plumbing which after 18 months could no longer be controlled; the LEDs one by one failed and thus it could not be programmed; one did not even know if it was on or not. I contacted TCP who told me that it had a 2 year warranty but I should go to the retailer. The retailer only provided a 1 year warranty and I expected the worst; being shuffled from one to the other, especially having seen the negative reviews. Instead, Victorian Plumbing spoke to TCP on my behalf and a week later TCP sent me a replacement, now functioning radiator. Excellent customer service from my perspective.
Got an email saying Next day delivery in title. and order now get tomorrow repeated in message. So I placed order on 30th Apr. Contacted them on 1st and was promised tracking link. Tried to contact them again on 2nd & 3rd May but did not get any response, or tracking number. I ordered to be delivered to my daughters as I would be there for a few days but due to go home soon. Because they did not deliver as next day as promised, or even over the next 2 days, this is going to cause me problems. Not being able to contact them just makes this worse. Spent £100, got nothing, no idea when I will get it. I don't know what else to say.
DO NOT BUY…. recently changed our router and effectively the strip lights in our kitchen will not work on the higher MGHZ unless you turn off the lower frequency which apparently virgin are unlikely to do. Also you can’t even switch them on manually as they will continue to flash. Complete joke, and waste of money.
Dont waste your money buying their smar plugs. Any time there is a power cut, when the power comes back on, even if the lamps were off at that time, all lamps turn on. Worse, if you are away on holiday at the time. They also constantly drop the WiFi connection.
