Do not shop with shop better” they have low iq on customer service, they took unauthorised fee from my bank, refused to return payment, had to go to bank to which they returned my funds, they are thriving company, I sent several emails to Megan to only refused me refund, thank god the bank returned money. This company are nothing but thieves… if thy will not refund you the bank will.

Placed order and paid for 4 x 6 pack of wine glasses 11th Dec. Quick invoice and confirmation of UPS was the delivery service. BUT! from Spain! Now 23rd Dec nothing received except 4 emails from UPS saying delayed, then delayed further, now I need to complete customs forms! and likely storage costs of £16.20p per day!
We paid £350 for express delivery. Then ups didn’t deliver as they wanted further fees which we have already paid shop 24 for! Hundred of calls and emails all went in nothing! 2 months since then and we still have not got any response nor refund! I’ll sue them.
Not very happy, Had to pay £60 import duty, and saw no mention of this when i placed the order, or that it was coming from abroad, also had to pay £60 vat that i shouldn't have had to pay and can't claim back.It's been 11 day's now, I hope it actually arrives.
