I recently went to Copart to pick up my car from auction, and I ran into some unexpected issues while trying to retrieve it. It was a stressful situation, but thankfully SHONTAE and DONNA stepped in and helped me resolve everything. I honestly can’t thank them enough. They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me.
Because of them, what started as a frustrating experience turned into something completely positive. I really appreciate their help — truly.
This is the best service I have ever received!
Good evening my experience with copart was very poor. I spoke to a first line customer advisor who categorically denied I was unable to view a car I wanted to bid on. It wasn’t a cheap car so effectively in my previous experience it’s always a good idea really to get a firsthand look so you don’t miss out on any previous damage which a virtual viewing might not show.
Won a car £150 got there someone had cut the seats up was ripped to bits Copart said leave the car they will start a complaint for me a month later after Copart helping me saying I’m not allowed to sell my Copart car on my Copart sellers account they charged me £1500 storage and kept my car they forgot to tell me they are charging daily while they take a month and a half to investigate so I asked to see this in there terms and conditions to witch it does not exist no talks or mentions of any charges while they investigate they they quoted 10:11 of there terms when I challenged it stating it had nothing to do with with the situation as hand they blocked me on every thing and shit my accountant kept my car
Copart are nothing but money hungry thieves
Please every one read there terms 10:11 and make up your own opinion Copart are dishonest money grabbers

I acquired a vehicle from a seller on 26 November 2025, listed as Category N. Upon collection, the car immediately showed several safety-related issues while driving, including: • ABS warning • Traction/stability control warning • Power steering warning • Severe wheel misalignment A later inspection revealed suspension and steering damage, such as: • Worn/damaged wishbones • Track rod end and inner tie rod faults • Wheel alignment issues These problems were not mentioned in the listing and could not be reasonably identified from the auction images. I filed a formal complaint and provided photographic evidence on 2 December 2025. However, the company has taken over two weeks without giving a clear resolution or timeline, continually extending the investigation. They assert that the wheel misalignment was evident in the listing photos but have failed to specify which photos indicate this. They also refuse to allow the vehicle to be returned at this time, will not arrange for repairs, and will not permit me to fix the vehicle myself. Currently, I am unable to use the car and have incurred extra expenses while the company delays a resolution. The only compensation offered so far is £100 goodwill, which is completely insufficient given the safety concerns. From my experience, I believe the vehicle was significantly misrepresented, and the company's handling of complaints has been unreasonably slow and unhelpful.
I received advance notice about the upcoming call, and the representative was incredibly helpful. The video call covered all aspects of the vehicle, and they answered all my questions thoroughly. I will certainly plan another virtual viewing for my next vehicle.
I encountered a challenging situation after writing off my car. The agent I spoke with was polite, informative, and understanding, making the process easier than expected. I hoped for the vehicle to be picked up and a proposal made within 2 days, as initially advised by my insurers, but I understand it’s a busy period. I was given the next available slot within 5 days.
I received advance notice from the representative about the upcoming call. They were extremely helpful during the video call, covering every detail of the car and addressing all my questions. I will definitely schedule another virtual viewing for my next vehicle.
I felt misled after purchasing a car that was advertised as running well. Upon receiving it, the engine was knocking. Unlike other listings, this one had no advisories about engine issues. After contacting support, I was told to file a complaint within 2 days, which I missed. Their fees are also excessive, as I ended up paying significantly more than anticipated. I advise caution to others.
